How We Preapre Your Accounts
1
Request for information
We will request you to provide employee information so we have a detailed record of all personnel.
Virtue will advise your business to provide timesheets via Xero software, which is included as part of your package or advise on set salaries.

Payroll preperation
Our dedicated payroll department will calculate your payroll for the period. Separating gross income from other deductions.
Once our records have been updated we will update on Xero accountancy software.

Review and approve
Once payroll records have been updated on Xero, we will request you to review and have the final approval.
If you need to make any changes then this can be raised at this stage. Our software is flexible and allows for adjustments.

Submission
We will submit your payroll information and will email payslips through Xero to your employees using the contact information provided.

Payments
We will inform you of the payroll amounts which will need to be paid to HMRC and employees.
Payment will be raised by your company, which will expect to see through our bookkeeping services.
6
End of year
As part of the end of year financial reviews, we will provide employees with P60s giving an overview and breakdown of earnings/deductions through the financial year (Usually start of April to the end of March the following year).
